A couple weeks ago, the Newmark Theater hosted a district-wide Portland Public Schools art show. Each art teacher in the district was asked to pick one student artwork to represent each school at the display. Because I work at two schools, I was able to pick two artworks :] It was really wonderful to see the variety of artwork across so many grade levels & media. There were A LOT of admiring questions shared amongst the PPS arts teachers when we gathered together to mat & frame all of the work!
